Alteration Atelier focuses on garment remodelling and upcycling for clothes that deserve a new chapter. Whether the piece is vintage, sentimental, or simply no longer working as intended, the process starts with an assessment of the garment and its materials before any concept is approved.
Projects may include dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, fit updates for vintage garments, or fabric-reuse accessory work. The aim is to make practical use of what is already there while respecting the limits of the original construction and available fabric.

From fit updates to creative upcycling, each project begins with a careful review of the fabric, construction, and design goals.
Every redesign is quoted as a custom project after review of the garment and the requested changes. Where suitable, original thread and trim are matched, and supplementary materials are quoted separately. A concept approval step helps keep the result aligned with the planned direction.
Collection includes a fit check or finish review so small adjustments can be handled carefully without changing the agreed design. Care and pressing notes are also provided to help the finished piece stay in good condition after the work is complete.
